Things You Need:
-glass or ceramic bottle
-essential oil
-vodka
-safflower oil
-reed sticks

Instructions:
Note: Depending on the size of you bottle (this recipe would be a 4 ounce bottle), you want to have a ration of 3/4 of the liquid being the carrier oil and 1/4 of the liquid being essential oil + the vodka
1) Fill your bottle about halfway with your carrier oil
2) Add in your essential oil(s) which would be approximately 30-40 drops depending on the bottle size
3) Add in 1 teaspoon of vodka (this will help the reeds diffuse the scent better)
4) Swirl the mixture around then add your reeds
5) Flip the reeds every few days and replace them when you longer smell the scent
