Tips:
-When searching for beef bones, inquire about grass-fed and ask about whether or not the beef is USDA organic certified.
– The best bones to use are bones that are full of connective tissue such as joint/knuckle bones, marrow, and/or feet).
– Call ahead to your local grocery store or your local local butcher shop as they will put them aside for you).
– You can roast your bones ahead of time if you desire a deeper, more flavorful taste.
– The longer you cook the bone broth, the more nutrients will be infused.
